While we wish we could welcome everyone through our doors immediately for Australia’s leading longevity & preventative healthcare offering, we are busy providing our trademark assistance to current clientele.

To ensure our ability to assist you as soon as possible, we’ve established a waitlist - for those that are eager to prioritise longevity healthcare as soon as possible. When we are available, you will be offered our service in the order joined. While we can’t guarantee an immediate timeline for availability, rest assured we’re working diligently to expand our capacity. We will reach out as soon as openings arise.

If you are experiencing any new or acute medical distress or symptoms (e.g. chest pain, signs of stroke, any other new or chronic medical symptoms), you must discuss this immediately with your local emergency service or GP now - do not wait for a response from HealthSpans and do not enquire with us regarding your current healthcare treatments. Doctors with Healthspans are unable to offer emergency advice or other healthcare consultations, and specialise in preventative medicine rather than treatment of acute or chronic illnesses.

If you require non-urgent medical care at any time, please visit your GP to discuss or see an emergency medical service, and do not enquire about healthcare treatments with HealthSpans as emails may not be viewed or responded to. Our phone line is closed on Victorian public holidays, after the business hours (listed above), and from December 25th to January 1st inclusive. When contacting the reception desk for any matter, please note that email is not the preferred method for contact as it may not be monitored and emails may not be received. Email is sometimes insecure causing privacy breaches of sensitive healthcare information, and responses may be delayed. Therefore, please instead communicate clinical information via the phone during business hours or during scheduled medical reviews. If you require non-urgent care outside of trading hours, seek consultation with your GP.
